In one of the largest office leases to be signed in North Texas this year, hospital software provider MedAssets will move 475 jobs to Plano by consolidating its regional operations and eventually taking a total of 100,000 square feet.
The Plano location will allow MedAssets to bring its Dallas-area employees to one site, said D.T. Nguyen, president of what MedAssets calls its revenue cycle management segment. “It’s ideal for employee and customer education, engagement and collaboration,” Nguyen said in a written statement. “MedAssets continues to experience strong growth. This new campus can play a significant role in our ability to deliver outstanding service to health care providers across the region and the country.”
MedAssets develops and puts in place supply chain and cash-flow management products and services designed to help health care providers control cost, improve margins and cash flow, increase regulatory compliance and optimize operational efficiency. The company serves more than 3,300 hospitals and 30,000 nonacute care health care providers. (6/26/09) learn more
