Golden Living Headquarters Relocates to Plano

GGNSC Holdings, a senior health care company doing business as Golden Living, relocated its corporate headquarters from Ft. Smith Arkansas to Plano.  Its new headquarters is now located at 7160 Dallas Parkway in the Legacy business park.  The relocation brings 100 jobs to Plano with an average annual salary of $150,000 and provides $8.4 million in capital investment. The company anticipates ultimately employing 200 at their new Plano facility.

GGNSC operates more than 300 skilled nursing homes and some 40 assisted living facilities nationwide. Golden Living has more than 42,000 employees who provide post-acute health and recovery care services to more than 60,000 patients.

Golden Living's new Plano headquarters consists of approximately 27,000 square feet of office space in the Legacy campus. The headquarters houses management executives for its operations, clinical services, marketing, legal, finance and human resources departments.

We believe their significant resources and talent will enable us to accelerate the growth and success of our company.” The incentives extended by the City of Plano and the Texas Enterprise Fund were instrumental in closing the gap with competitors from other States to win this exciting project.
