International Business Park (IBP) is a 300-acre, master-planned office park. Located in the “Platinum Corridor” in southwestern Plano, it lies at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and the President Bush Turnpike (State Highway 190). The park, with over 1.4 million square feet, features redundant power and fiber.

IBP is minutes away from the Legacy Town Center and one of Plano's regional mall, The Shops at Willow Bend. The park also showcases a new LEED pre-certified Gold Building. Notable IBP tenants include Tyler Technologies and the nearby Prodea Systems.

“Even though my personal and profession lives take me all over the world and ‘into space’, I have chosen to live or do business in Plano for the last ten years. We selected Plano as our headquarters for Prodea Systems because its location provides us a great opportunity for hiring a highly-experience, technical workforce. In addition, Plano provides excellent quality of life for our employees and offers easy access to an international airport for both our personal and professional travels.”
