A Plano health care software firm is doubling its headquarters with an office move.
Pelitas is relocating to the Parkway Centre III building at 2745 Dallas Parkway, north of Park Boulevard.
The company was previously in the building next door and is expanding its office to 16,376 square feet.
"Our recent growth has been exciting, and finding a new office with more space is vital to our advancement," Manoj Chhabra, co-founder of Pelitas, said in a statement.
The company provides health care patient access and revenue software.
Previously the firm was known as DCS Global Systems. It was rebranded the after receiving an investment from Tritium Partners of Austin.
NAI Robert Lynn's Kent Smith and Dan Jardine arranged the new lease.
The Parkway Centre II and III buildings on the Dallas North Tollway were just acquired by Dallas' Wolverine Interests, a private real estate investment firm.
The two six-story buildings were constructed in 1999 and 2001 and are almost 97 percent leased to major tenants including First United Bank, Green Brick Partners, Cirro Group and Dallas Baptist University.
