Beverage giant Coca-Cola North America plans to relocate its Dallas-Fort Worth regional office to Plano's Granite Park, which is a mixed-use development at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121.
Coca-Cola has signed a lease totaling 26,769 square feet in Granite Park One, which is one of the existing office building within Granite Park. This will be a consolidation for the company, which plans to move about 100 employees into the new office in December.
Greg Biggs, Conor McCarthy, Torrey Littlejohn and Brooke Armstrong of JLL's Dallas office, along with Robert Farrar of Robert W. Farrar & Associates Ltd. of Atlanta, represented Coca-Cola in the deal. Aarica Mims and Robert Jimenez of Plano-based Granite Properties represented the landlord.
Granite Park One — which is about 17 years old — is undergoing a lobby remodel, which includes an expansion of the lobby and a new entrance to make the office building better connected to the rest of the park, which has been developed up around it.
Renovations on the building are expected to be completed this fall before Coca-Cola moves into the property.
