To meet the needs of a rapidly growing community, the Plano Economic Development Board, Inc. (PEDB) was formed in 1984 to serve as the lead economic development agency for the City of Plano.

Through it’s Board of Trustees, the PEDB provides a comprehensive menu of solutions and effective economic development leadership with vision and coordination.
