A big office tenant in Plano's Legacy business park is staying put and growing its workspace.
Alliance Data Systems is a longtime tenant in the One Legacy Circle office building on Dallas North Tollway just north of Legacy Drive.
The data and marketing research firm moved to the top three floors of the building five years ago, relocating from the Telecom Corridor.
Now Alliance Data is renting another 11,000 square feet in the building and extending its existing lease.
"A space in the building came open and we restructured their lease so they could grow," said Joel Pustmueller of Peloton Commercial Real Estate, which leases the high-profile office property.
One Legacy Circle is across the tollway from the $400 million Legacy West Village mixed-use development and is near Liberty Mutual Insurance's two-tower regional office campus, under construction.
Pustmueller said that with the new Alliance Data deal, the building is fully leased.
Mike Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Pustmueller, Russ Johnson and Lauren Perry of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
Alliance Data now has about half the eight-story One Legacy Circle Building, which is owned by Franklin Street Properties.
The 7-year-old office building is next to the popular Shops at Legacy shopping and restaurant center.
