Golf Digest ranked Dallas-Fort Worth #1 on its list of best cities for Golf. The magazine sought to answer the question “which American cities offer the best all-around golf environments for their residents?” 

The rankings were based on five criteria for America's 50 most populous cities: climate, cost amount of public courses, quality of public courses and accessibility.  (9/15/2011)
