Burst of Office Activity in Plano

JCPenney’s move from New York in 1988 burnished a national reputation for Plano and Legacy. Today, 50,000 people work in the park that encompasses more than 14 million square-feet of office, retail, and residential development.

The legacy continues, with completion of Encana's new office tower and several significant construction projects under way for MedAssets, Eltek Capital One as well as speculative office projects by Trammel Crow and Heady Investments.  Notable lease deals around Plano included Denbury Resources, Mustang Technology and Trader Joes.  (6/28/2012)
