The Lone Star State topped Allied Van Lines Magnet State Report for the ninth year in a row, meaning more people are moving to Texas than any other state.
Texas had a net relocation gain of 1,914 families in 2013. The number factors in the inbound and outbound moves performed by Allied Van Lines. Coming in a distant second was Florida with 1,115 net moves.
More people moved out of California than moved to the Golden State. That state was also the most mobile state with almost 13,000 moves conducted by Allied Van Lines. (12/30/13)
