Resources for Businesses in Plano

Plano Economic Development is focused to ensure a vibrant economy through our pro-active business retention and expansion program that encourages Plano companies to grow and expand their presence in Plano.
With a focus on long-term relationships, Plano Economic Development (PED) serves as an integrated resource to small, medium and large businesses in our community. Our staff is readily available to meet with businesses to offer assistance and resources on available real estate, incentive programs, workforce training programs, access to community leaders, and individual business concerns.
Local business interaction is encouraged through ongoing activities such as business breakfasts, business awards and recognitions, and collaboration with our regional allies such as the City of Plano, Plano Chamber of Commerce, Plano Independent School District, Collin County, Collin College, and many other area partners.
